What We Offer:

• Real-life leadership experiences through managing chapter events and committees

Our Process:

1. Onboarding – New members are introduced to the JCI leadership framework.

2. Training & Mentorship – Leadership workshops + 1-on-1 mentorship with past leaders.

3. Project Leadership – Members lead or co-lead events, taking ownership from planning to execution.

4. Evaluation & Feedback – We provide constructive feedback and guidance for growth.
